What Binds Us Together
r6tm operates the platform you access from Pakistan in supported regions. Your account is yours alone; you set the login credentials and control the funds within it. When you deposit via JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast, the funds clear into your r6tm wallet within the timeframe each payment rail specifies. Withdrawals are processed after identity verification and are sent back to your
registered payment method. We reserve the right to suspend accounts showing unusual activity, fraud indicators, or breach of these terms. All disputes between you and r6tm are resolved through our support channels first, then through binding arbitration if needed, under the law of the jurisdiction where r6tm operates.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
Why These Terms Exist
Account Ownership
You own your account. r6tm holds your funds in segregated wallets, separate from our operating reserves. Your balance belongs to you at all times and is returned on withdrawal.
Transparent Payouts
Withdrawal amounts are shown before you confirm. No hidden fees. JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast each charge their own network fee; we show this separately so you see exactly what hits your phone.
Payment Security
Every deposit and withdrawal is encrypted. Your payment method is never stored on our servers in plain text. JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast handle the authentication; we verify the result.
Account Recovery
If you forget your password, we verify your identity through your registered email or phone number before resetting access. This protects your funds from unauthorized takeover.
Dispute Fairness
If you claim a transaction was unauthorized or a payout didn't land, we investigate by checking logs and payment provider receipts. We don't side-step claims; we trace them.
Clear Closure Terms
You can close your account at any time through settings. We process withdrawals of remaining balance within the standard timeframe. Account closure is permanent after 30 days.
